EOL Philips dynavision DALI extreme 100w SON

This is my EOL Philips dynavision electronic ballast. It is EOL because the eBay seller that I bought the WRTL ARC 90 from connected the mains wire into the lamp connector, and connected the lamp into the mains connector. And doing that and connecting it to mains power will instantly kill that ballast. I’m not saying that it was that seller that did it, but he did say it was fully working.
