This is the smashed SOX lamp in water. This lamp was smashed, so i thought the best thing to do with it was to smash it and put it in water. This lamp didn’t actually spark very much or go on fire, it just smoked a bit.

I’ve heard before aswell that apparently if a SOX Lamp breaks, if you smash the rest and put it in water and make sure the sodium touches water then they can spark or in some cases even go bang or catch fire which is quite impressive, but sadly it seems they don’t always do it, I think it depends on the amount of sodium in the lamp or how much touches the water but I’m not entirely sure
