CU PHOSCO P222
I believe that phosco p222s are rare post-top lanterns, and they are basically the larger version of the P178/ P179. The canopy is made of aluminium, and the bowl is made of Acrylic. These lanterns can run 3 90w SOX lamps, 3 MBF lamps or 3 SON lamps.
Easthampstead House, Bracknell
These phosco p222s are in Bracknell, and they used to run on MBF lamps, but now they run on SON lamps. There used to be 4, but 2 of them have been replaced with a double-armed bracket, and 2 Philips iridiums.
Here is the replacement Philips iridiums.
Birmingham
There’s a single surviving phosco P222 on Cambridge street in Birmingham, it’s Dayburning and it looks to only have one lamp working. I believe it survives as it looks to have a phone mast on the column, so it couldn’t be replaced.
